All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours (M-F) except where noted. In certain situations, order processing may take longer. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 7-10 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice may be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.
Please use the Contact Us form if you have any questions regarding the shipping process. Please be aware that we do not email tracking information at this time. Upon request, we do try our best to supply the tracking number(s) but nothing is guaranteed. It should also be noted that depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages arriving at slightly different times depending upon which warehouse the items are being shipped from.
Heavy and over sized items
Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description, and you will be charged on the shipping date.
State Sales Tax
It should be noted that all California customers will receive an extra sales tax charge of 7.25% upon item shipment. This charge is paid to the state as the law requires.
Our satisfaction guaranteed policy
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 15 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please use the Contact Us form if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.
If a product develops a problem or is not usable due to a manufacturer defect or incorrect size, please send item in original package with wrapping (if possible) and a note explaining issue with order number to the address below.

It is recommended that you send all returns/exchanges back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return/exchange shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
